Why We Built This
I'm Candis, the parent, advocate, and founder behind Ray of Hope Autism Support, a community of over 3,300 families raising children on the autism spectrum. For years I've watched families search for help finding services for their teens and young adults, especially families whose kids are non-speaking or have significant support needs, families who are so often told there just isn't much out there for them. There is help out there. It's just scattered, hard to find, and rarely built with families like ours in mind. Ray of Hope Connect exists to change that, one verified, real Missouri resource at a time. Every organization listed here has been personally researched and verified, not pulled from a database and left to go stale. If something's marked 'contact to confirm,' it means we're still working to nail that detail down directly with the organization, because your family deserves accurate information, not just a long list.
